“Payment Options and Insurance Reimbursement for Our Services”

We accept various forms of payment for our services, including  HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, cash, checks, and credit cards. However, please note that we do not handle insurance billing in our office.

When it comes to insurance in for the types of treatments we provide, it is often inconsistent among different carriers. We do not handle insurance billing in our office. They may classify our services as “wellness” or “experimental,” resulting in varying coverage. This is a common model followed by most facilities that offer bio-identical hormones.

If your insurance covers any aspects of the treatments or medications we offer, we can provide you with a coded receipt that includes your Diagnosis and Treatment Codes. You can then mail these receipts to your insurance carrier using the address typically found on the back of your insurance card.

It’s important to mention that we are considered an Out-of-Network provider. Typically, eligible charges for treatment are reimbursed by insurance at a rate of 70% of the fees. Insurance carriers will send reimbursement for approved claims directly to the patients via mail.
